Executive Functioning Coaching

Executive Functioning Coaching – Skills for School and Life Success

Smart students sometimes struggle—not because they don’t know the material, but because they have trouble managing their time, staying organized, or following through. At The Brain Hub, we help middle school, high school, and college students build the thinking and self-management skills they need to succeed in school, at home, and beyond.

Led by Dr. Sheryl Coglaiti, PhD, a nationally recognized educational therapist with over 35 years of experience, our program blends proven strategies with individualized support to help students develop the executive functioning skills that drive academic and personal success.

What Are Executive Functioning Skills?

They’re the mental tools that help us plan, prioritize, manage time, stay focused, and regulate emotions. Without these skills, even the brightest students can feel overwhelmed and underperform.
